Pavel Markalous

Company Executive Manager

In 1993 he completed Technical Military University in Liptovský Mikuláš. He worked briefly in the public sector, in a position for planning development of communication technological infrastructure PCR. After withdrawal from public administration, for two years he designed and projected optical line networks for SPT Telecom. In 1996, he began working on the ICT market as a manager of an IT company in the area of ERP system implementation. In 2003, he started working independently as a consultant in the area of managerial consultancy and a project of extensive ERP projects management. He participated in a successful project regarding reclassification and development of production companies. Since 2006, he is a manager of the company WEBCOM.

Tomáš Petr

Financial Manager

He has worked in the area of finance since 1993. As financial manager, he has worked in companies dealing with production, mainly engineering companies, provision of services in the area of transportation and in business companies. During his work, he acquired knowledge and experience mainly in the following areas: finance, controlling, reporting, strategic and project management, human resources management and production technology. Tomáš Petr joined the company WEBCOM from the international company Antalis s.r.o., where he worked from 2001 as financial manager.

Stanislav Hlobilek

Business and Marketing Manager

Completed Palacký University in Olomouc, MBA, VUT in Brno and University of Chicago. He has worked in the area of company information systems for 13 years. Previously, he worked as a business and marketing manager at the company Karat Software a.s. He deals with sales and implementation of ERP systems. He joined the company WEBCOM in 2006 and in January 2007, he became a member of management.

Pavel Vaněk

Member of the Board of Directors responsible for sales and marketing

Pavel Vanek is a graduate of Faculty of Economics at the Technical University of Ostrava. Before joining our company he was a member of the board of directors and sales director at AXPERIENCE Inc. since December 2004. Then he became a member of the board of directors responsible for sales and marketing. He is a member of top management at WEBCOM Inc. since 1st January 2009.

Martin Pondělíček

Implementation Manager

Completed University of Economics in Prague, system engineering faculty. Consequently, he acquired experience in company Merkuria where he worked in business positions and in the department for organization and management. From 1996, he worked in the company ARBES Technologies (former MERLIN) where he worked on business and project positions. In 2000, he was appointed manager for realization of software orders; later, he worked as executive manager. Since 2006, he became a member of management in the company WEBCOM.

Dušan Taraba

Support Director, Member of the Board of Directors

Dušan Taraba is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, in 2006 he successfully acquired MBA degree there.
During his career Dušan held several project management and lead positions. In December 2004 he became a co-founder of AXPERIENCE Inc., where he worked as a implementation director. Then, at WEBCOM Inc. he worked as a support director for Microsoft Dynamics AX. On 1st February 2010 he was appointed as a support director who is responsible for post-implementation support of the whole product portfolio of our company.

Olga Konečná

Human Resources Manager

Olga Konečná has more than 13 years' experience in the area of personnel work. From 1994, she worked successfully in the company EUROTEL PRAHA, spol.s r.o, where she proved her abilities at selecting candidates for various positions, managing their professional growth and effectiveness, and she also participated in creation of a concept regarding education and company culture. Olga Konečná also has extensive experience from the area of creating personnel strategies, remuneration systems and provision of benefits to employees. She joined the company WEBCOM in 2007.
