STANISLAV HLOBILEK
Chief Executive Officer

Hlobílek   

Holder of a MBA degree from Palacký University in Olomouc. Formerly Sales Chief and Marketing Officer at Karat Software a.s., he has been engaged in company information systems for 15 years. Throughout his career he has been dealing with the sale and implementation of ERP systems. Having joined WEBCOM a.s. in 2006, he has been a member of the management team since January 2007, working as the Sales Chief and Marketing Officer. Since 2012 he has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

 

TOMÁŠ PETR
Chief Financial Officer 

 

Dealing with finance since 1993, he has held the position of Financial Manager in manufacturing companies, chiefly in engineering but also in transport services providers and also in trading companies. Tomáš Petr joined WEBCOM a. s. in 2006 after leaving the multinational company Antalis s.r.o. where he shared the position of Chief Financial Officer.

 

 

PAVEL VANĚK
Chief Sales Officer

Studied at the Faculty of Economics of the Technical University of Ostrava. Before joining our company he had been since December 2004 on the board of AXPERIENCE a. s., holding the position of Chief Sales Officer. In WEBCOM AXPERIENCE a. s. he subsequently took a position on the board with a responsibility for sales and marketing. Since 1 January 2009 he has been a member of the top management of our company and, since 1 July 2012, also holds the position of Chief Sales Officer.

 

DUŠAN TARABA
Implementation and Support Director

Graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, obtaining his postgraduate degree in 2006. In December 2004 he co-founded AXPERIENCE a. s. where he started to work as the Implementation Chief Manager. After that he held the position of Chief Manager for support of Microsoft Dynamics AX products at WEBCOM AXPERIENCE a.s. On October 2009, due to an organizational restructuring, he was appointed as Support Director of WEBCOM. His responsibilities encompass post-implementation support of the full product portfolio.

 

Martin Pondělíček
Implementation and Support Director

After graduating from the University of Economics in Prague, where he specialized in system engineering, he gained experience in the Merkuria foreign trade corporation as a sales representative and in the managing department. From 1996 he worked in ARBES Technologies (formerly MERLIN) as a sales and project manager. In 2000 he was appointed as the Director of Implementation of Software Orders and later took the position of Chief Executive Officer. He has been member of the management team and Implementation Director at Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech since 2006.

 

Olga Konečná
Human Resources Director

   
Olga Konečná - HR Director  

Graduated from the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague, specializing in andragogy and human resources. Her experience in human resources work amounts to more than 15 years. From 1994 she thrived at EUROTEL PRAHA spol. s r. o., demonstrating her skills in choosing applicants for diverse positions, managing their professional development and job efficiency, and also took part in designing their educational and corporate culture policies. Olga Konečná is also widely experienced in designing human resources strategies, remuneration and employee benefits provision policies. She joined our company in 2007.
