Support and care are principal areas of our service department which is among the largest in the Czech Republic, amounting to more than 30 people. We offer on-line support through our helpdesk which allows customers to keep track of the solution to their demand, we keep a clear definition of Service Level Agreements, a hotline, etc. Members of the service team provide service to customers both in remote access and on site. We focus on comprehensive services which comprise, among other, independent analyses of the state of company, training and consultancy, system integration and procurement of audits. We strive to offer fast, effective and versatile support and care.
